I’m happy to speak to your group or organization about preparation for and how to have your best Peri/Menopause. My specialty is Peri/Menopause: the Natural Way
By leaning into our bodies and taking very good care of ourselves — peri/menopause really can be supported naturally. That said, the things I share with your group or organization can support anyone no matter how they’ve decided to go about supporting themselves through this life phase (HRT or not)
My number one rule: Every woman needs to do what she feels is best for her during this time in life
AND: I’m always going to remind and encourage every woman to lean into her own natural resources (her body and instincts) – something that is often overlooked in our modern, overly medicated times

When Michelle first taught me about my cycle and how it impacted my life I was blown away. Once I understood my cycle, everything just suddenly fell into place- Now I am able to acknowledge how and why the negative thoughts are creeping in, and let them happen without all the drama. I can better plan my month so I’m full-steam-ahead on my good days, and fully prepared and accepting on my not-so-good days.
