
What If I’m Not in PeriMenopause??
Quick answer: no problem! I work with many women who are nowhere near thinking about Peri or not feeling that they need support in dealing with this. My clients range from 18 years old to 60+

That said, it’s never too early (or late) to learn about Menstrual Cycle Awareness (MCA). MCA can support you during your menstruating years to organize your energy, understand WHY you feel the way you do at certain times of the month and help you to stop beating yourself up over it. So wether you are having no problems with your period or are very much troubled each month, MCA can vastly improve your life
MCA or Menstrual Cycle Awareness is also what I call the precursor to having a good PeriMenopause. When you have spent time before you are in your Perimenopausal years learning about your cycle, leaning into and listening to your body —- WOWSERS! You are so much better prepared for the rollercoaster ride that Perimenopause can be at times for some women

My Menstrual Cycle Awareness & Peri/Menopause Story
On a personal note, I myself learned of Menstrual Cycle Awareness once I was already in Perimenopause. So its never too late to learn about your cycle and I have clients who benefit from this practice even though they are postmenopausal and no longer menstruating
Had I known more about my cycle when Perimenopause came, I would not have felt like I was flattened by a truck when I started having symptoms, which ranged from depression to suicidal thoughts to fatigue like I’d never known before and more
Once I started tracking my cycle and learning more about Menstrual Cycle Awareness, I started healing myself naturally and to this day, I take each symptom of Perimenopause as it comes, ever so gently
I’m 7 years in and I can thank Perimenopause and my MCA practice for giving my life deeper meaning. I’m physically stronger than ever and happier than I’ve ever been. These are just some of the gifts you’ll learn about that no one talks about. Its not all symptoms and hot flashes. There’s a rebirth of YOU that is happening.
