It’s my deep hope to educate women early about this Right of Passage, so we are all prepared and can thrive during this time.
There are many symptoms (about sixty, actually) that can show up during this time of life, and here are the ones that tend to show up first:
- Heightened Tiredness / Fatigue
- Heightened Grumpiness / Irritability
- Low Libido
- More Frequent Mood Changes
- A Deep Need to be Alone
- Periods can become more unpredictable than usual
